Upload your clips from class and tag them your way. Now the move you half-remember is searchable, sortable, and waiting in your next routine, instead of buried three thousand photos deep. Pole, lyra, silks, and everything else you hang from.

"Where's that one move I
learned three months ago?"

Right here. Tagged, searchable, three seconds away. Progress and all.

Every move you log lands on a map of your progress: where you started, what you're working on now, how far you've come. The work finally adds up to something you can see, instead of a vague sense that last season went okay.
Everything you need to begin costs nothing. Pay when your library outgrows the free tier.
I'm an ok-ish pole dancer and stubborn forever founder who can't seem to remember what I learned just a few months ago (especially after having a couple of babies). I built FlowVault, the app that I've always daydreamed about.
In the past, I literally considered writing down the names of all the moves I learned and throwing them in a bowl to randomly pull them out, but I also couldn't remember how I got into them in the first place. Here we are.
I'd love any feedback you have, and would love to hear from you <3
