Frances, founder of FlowVault
The person behind it

Hi, I'm Frances.

I'm an ok-ish pole dancer and stubborn forever founder who can't seem to remember what I learned just a few months ago (especially after having a couple of babies). I built FlowVault, the app that I've always daydreamed about.

In the past, I literally considered writing down the names of all the moves I learned and throwing them in a bowl to randomly pull them out, but I also couldn't remember how I got into them in the first place. Sooo here we are.

I'd love any feedback you have, and would love to hear from you no matter where you are in your training <3
