Camera roll
Vault

Upload your clips from class and tag them your way. Now the move you half-remember is searchable, sortable, and waiting in your next routine, instead of buried three thousand photos deep. Pole, lyra, silks, and everything else you hang from.

Today
aerial clips buried in a camera roll

"Where's that one move I
learned three months ago?"

In FlowVault
the same moves, tagged and searchable in FlowVault

Right here. Tagged, searchable, three seconds away. Progress and all.

What it actually does

Your tags, not ours
Sort it how your brain already does.
Make your own tags as you upload. No taxonomy to memorize, no system to fight.
Search
Findable in three seconds.
Pull up a move by name, note, or tag. Even the one from three months ago you'd half forgotten.
Conditioning
Every move has homework.
FlowVault auto-suggests how to train each move outside of class: strength, flexibility, body prep.
Routines
Build a set, or shuffle.
Drop moves into a sequence, or pull 3–10 at random. Bowl-of-moves energy, finally searchable.
From Instagram
Saved reels, where you'll use them.
Share an aerial reel straight in. It lands right next to your own clips, ready to tag.
Studios
Your studio, in your pocket.
Your coach's curriculum shows up in your library: cues, safety notes, and what's coming next.
FlowVault journey map — your moves laid out as a path of progress

The proof you're
actually getting better.

Every move you log lands on a map of your progress: where you started, what you're working on now, how far you've come. The work finally adds up to something you can see, instead of a vague sense that last season went okay.

Frances, founder of FlowVault
The person behind it

Hi, I'm Frances.

I'm an ok-ish pole dancer and stubborn forever founder who can't seem to remember what I learned just a few months ago (especially after having a couple of babies). I built FlowVault, the app that I've always daydreamed about.

In the past, I literally considered writing down the names of all the moves I learned and throwing them in a bowl to randomly pull them out, but I also couldn't remember how I got into them in the first place. Here we are.

I'd love any feedback you have, and would love to hear from you <3
